My husband, Kevin, is the type of person that no matter how much sleep he would get, he still felt tired. I had told him that he snores (not terribly), and sometimes stops breathing in his sleep. I use FIRST BREATH whenever I have a cold or runny nose. It stops my nose from dripping and keeps me from using tissue. I also use it to help me sleep.
